Role Playing: Geeze people what happened to the days when I had a huge list of communities that I could join that was so long that I didn't know which one to choose. What happened to the days when I had so many people wanting to role play with me, to have a storyline with me. When I could post as ad in rps and get so many hits I wouldn't know who to pick to have storyline with. What happened to the days when I would role play and not have a second to just sit and not write, because I would have so many people sending me IMs I wouldn't have a chance to push the keyboard aside or put my phone down.
I am starting to see a trend. People in communities get in their little clicks and don't talk to the new comers. And another thing I have noticed is that it all seems to depend on who you choose to play. No body seems interested in Tony Lovato, Joel Madden, Frank Iero, you know the guys from Mest, Good Charlotte, My Chemical Romance, Simple Plan and so on. Everybody is interested in people like; The Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, and so on. You know all the untalented and not so good looking teenie queens that sound like everybody else. Or the ever popular and good looking scene queens and kings like, Gabe Saporta and Cobra Starship, Travis McCoy and GymClassHeroes, Katy Perry, Hayley Williams, Audrey Kitching, Hey Monday, Paramore and so on.
I mean no offence to the people that role play those people. I am sure all of you are excelent writters and enjoy what you are doing. (krizzle I don't mean you, I love you) My rant was just to met my stress out. Role playing for me used to be a fun hobby to do on the side and get my stress of the day out, not half of the time it is just stressfull, and I don't need anymore of that. |
